1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the SID Mentorship Program — Pro Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or access the program.

• Discontinued

The availability, frequency, duration, timing, or continuation of live sessions is therefore not guaranteed.

The cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of a complimentary live session does not automatically constitute a failure to provide the core educational program.

9. Strict Prohibition on Sharing or Distribution

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Screenshot or reproduce substantial portions of the training for distribution

• Upload course content to Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Google Drive, YouTube, social media, or other platforms

• Sell, sublicense, transfer, or redistribute the course

• Give access to another person

• Repackage the training as your own

• Copy substantial portions of the curriculum or materials

• Use the materials to create a competing course, training program, membership, or educational product

• Make the content publicly available in any form

This prohibition applies whether the distribution is free or paid.

10. Copyright Infringement and Legal Remedies

Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, publication, resale, or other infringement of protected materials may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual-property laws.

Where legally available, Sid may pursue appropriate remedies, which may include:

• Injunctive relief

• Damages

• Recovery of profits or other monetary remedies available under law

• Legal costs where recoverable

• Account termination

• Removal of unauthorized content

• Other civil or legal remedies available under applicable law

Under Section 55 of India's Copyright Act, 1957, copyright owners may have civil remedies including injunctions and damages for infringement, subject to the Act and applicable circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms creates a fixed or automatic penalty amount. Any damages or other remedies will be determined in accordance with applicable law and, where necessary, by the appropriate legal authority or court.

11. Account Access

You must not:

We may not be responsible for temporary interruptions caused by:

• Third-party service failures

• Technical maintenance

• Force majeure events

Reasonable efforts may be made to restore access or resolve issues where appropriate.
